Pretty Kitty With Zoomies Perfectly Demonstrates the Difference Between Dogs and Cats
Depending on your pet’s age and personality, they may sometimes get episodes of the Zoomies. These bursts of energy are always joyful to watch, as they are a way to show the happiness our pets are feeling. Although fun to observe, it's not something we want to be involved in.
This feisty kitty took this type of innocent fun to an entirely new level. It’s understandable his Dad wasn’t so into the game.
This baby is so fresh! In a video posted on August 27th, TikTok user @catnamedpawl shows us the game their cat named Pawl likes to play. At first, we see him hiding behind a corner with fire in his eyes. His tail is flapping in a manner that indicates something is coming. Pawl then rolls himself over and makes his way towards his dad. He has a fiery spring in his step, and when it appears as though he’ll just run by, he instead takes a bite out of his father’s leg. How rude! When his dad says, ouch, he rolls on his back right by his feet. Not to be trusted again, his father takes a step back, and the sassy cat runs off.
The audience understood these troubles. Viewer @ohwhatthefungia said, “No mine just waits till I walk by 'cause he is too lazy to even stalk.” The video’s creator replied, “I’m scared to walk past empty boxes because there’s a 50% chance Pawl is hiding in them, ready to attack.” What a rascal this boy is! Viewer @TinaBaccigalopi responded, “Yes, especially when I don’t open the can of cat food fast enough. I’ve gotten love bites from all my cats over the years.” It’s been a while since we’ve had a cat. It sounds like they’ve become much more brazen over the years. Another member commented, “Yeah mine walks with me counts my footsteps then on about the 6th he bites then sits to look at me, as if he’s asking if I liked it. It’s a show of love.” At least with dogs, their love is less painful to accept.
We’ve always wished our animals could talk and tell us what they were thinking. Perhaps with cats, it’s better not to know.
