Little Girl Accidentally Covers the Dog in Glitter on First Day of Kindergarten

Dogs have a special gift for understanding human emotions. They offer us comfort when we are sad, or reassure us when we are wavering. Apparently, they even know when it’s time to celebrate.

Check out this happily sparkling pup! In a video dated August 9th, TikTok user @blakemakesmusic shows us his dog's new look.

Oh, boy! It won't be easy to pick this up. The little girl is thrilled about her upcoming first day of kindergarten. She’s even loaded a glitter gun to celebrate this day. We hear her say, “It’s the first day of kindergarten. Yay!” as she releases the sparkles! Her dog Susie came running towards her as the glitter went up in the air. The girl hit the dog with a spot-on shot, even though she wasn’t trying. She’s a little taken aback by what happened, standing frozen in time. Her father laughs, saying, “You did not just get glitter all over Susie.” But she did. The happy pooch doesn't seem to be bothered at all. She’s a sparkly girl, and she wears it well. With a wagging tail, she sits pretty like the good pup she is. However, she might not feel so cheery after the multiple baths that will be necessary to remove those tiny particles.

This exchange amused the audience. Viewer @deezyg said, “Ummm, Susie needs to go to a Taylor Swift concert ASAP.” Good point. She would fit right in. The only thing that could have made this video any better was if she decided to 'Shake It Off', too. Viewer @KaylaFisher said, “I can’t help but only think about all the glitter that’s going to be found throughout the house forever. Lol! But this is too cute!” At least every time they find a piece, it will be a happy memory. Another member said, “Susie makes the whole place shimmer.” She does, with or without the glitter.

It's hard to fathom how difficult it was to clean the rug and the dog. Hopefully, everything will finally be picked up before this girl goes off to college.
