House Pigs Crunching on Giant Taco Bell Cheez-It's Are Truly Living the Dream

It's so crunchy!

Pigs are, unfortunately, not a pet we can all have, even though most of us definitely want to. They may be adorable, but any ethically bred pig will be huge, and it's just not something the majority of households can accommodate - not to mention the fact that you have to feed them!

Just look at this video from Sunday, September 29th, where two pigs got the chance to try giant Taco Bell Cheez-Its. While these things would usually take at least 10 bites for a human to get down, each pig managed to scarf if in three seconds or less:

Sprinkles and Bart are amazing. If I ever live out my dreams of owning house pigs, I want them to be just like these two!

Sprinkles and Bart are new to TikTok - this is only their second video, and they're already stars. Technically, they're mini pigs, but as you can see... they're not very mini at all. They're still huge, but perhaps just slightly less so? Whatever the case may be, they have no problem snarfing a giant Cheez-It.

Don't worry, Taco Bell's new giant Cheez-It is completely safe for these two to eat: it's literally just a giant Cheez-It, there is nothing different about it. As far as human foods go, Cheez-Its are usually considered one of the "safer" options; they're baked rather than fried and their ingredients are pretty clean. Not that a giant Cheez-It could really do any harm to a pig of this size!

Pigs Will Actually Eat Anything

People make jokes, but it's legitimately true (and sometimes concerning): pigs will eat anything. They're omnivorous and will eat everything from plant matter to bugs, meat (which should be avoided at all costs), and even tree bark if there's no other option. What they digest is another story, but it won't stop them from eating it.

When you have pigs in your home or on your farm, you need to be very careful about what they have access to. Pigs need access to fresh water at all times, and how often you should feed them depends on their age and what they're for. Young, growing pigs need near constant access to food, while others can get away with being fed once daily, and show pigs need to be fed smaller meals more often to keep their metabolisms up.

At their largest, pigs can eat more than six pounds of food per day. Their meals should consist mostly of high-quality feed, but you can also add in a view fun things for variety like fruits or vegetables. Treats are important, too: bread and pastries are universal loves. Giant Cheez-Its (or regular ones) are apparently an amazing treat for pigs. They like the crunch, and so do we!
