Husky Spots Mom Coming to Pick Her Up and Lets Out the Funniest Screams
Doggy daycare is a godsend for some: without it, dogs would get lonely, bored, or anxious. It's a perfect way to make sure they're socializing as much as they should be, because they might develop even worse anxiety or even reactivity if they're not.
As much as some dogs will love it at daycare, though, they love us more. They may have had fun, but at the end of the day, they're always ready and excited to come home, especially this Husky. Recently, when her mom came to pick her up, she really pulled out all the stops:
Jillian Rose must have a lot of fun with this opinionated girl at home. If this is how she is at daycare, I'd love to see what she's like when mom gets back from the grocery store!
This pup's name is Skye. Her mom's TikTok used to be mostly about her gym routines, but ever since she posted this video, the internet has been demanding more. Luckily, she's obliged, and we've learned a little more about Skye:
- She's like that all the time.
- She has two other, smaller dog siblings.
- Her mom also used to have a Blue Heeler, who lives with her parents now.
- On food container refill days, she gets to have a free-for-all bite.
- She needs anxiety medication at the groomer.
Skye is your typical Husky all around. She loves nothing more than being sassy, causing drama, and making sure that everyone around her knows that she's the most interesting thing in the room. Lucky for her, she's so gorgeous that no one minds!
Huskies Often Thrive in Doggy Daycares
Huskies do best when they have things to keep them busy. They need a lot of stimulation every day to thrive, and if they don't get it, they can and will turn to destructive or attention seeking behaviors. Being left home alone all day is a near-certain way to have your house destroyed. Daycare might be right for your pup if your Husky is:
- Social
- Good with other dogs and people
- Fully vaccinated
- Bored at home
- Showing signs of restlessness
Doggy daycare provides a place for your Husky to go while you're working so you don't even have to worry about it. They can be as loud as they want! The professionals structure the dogs' days very similarly to how you might at home. They have mealtime, play time, and plenty of time to wind down, too. Plus, there's an added bonus: when you go to pick them up, you'll get this kind of treatment. Everybody at this daycare undoubtedly knows Skye and her mom!
