Icelandic Horse Walks Right Into Family's Home After Being 'Invited' by the Cat

That cat was totally egging him on.

A cat had the hilarious idea of "inviting" his Icelandic horse sibling into the family home, and it was all caught on video.

On February 26, 2024, TikTok user I Am Glutja (@iamglytja) shared a clip of a situation that happened at home between a gorgeous Icelandic Horse and their orange cat. Take a look!

In a minute-and-a-half video, we meet a gorgeous white Icelandic horse who is being lured inside by his cat sibling.

"The ultimate break-in," the text on the video reads as we see a beautiful horse standing outside patio french doors. In front of him, inside the house, we see an orange and white cat staring at the horse.

"I'm hiding to see if he will come in the house," the text changes to speaking of the person behind the camera. It looks like the cat is trying to encourage the horse to come into the house.

The horse eventually gets into the house, and it's funny to see how big this gorgeous horse is when compared to the inside.

"You're not supposed to be in here," the horse's mom says. And then she tried to get the horse to get out of the house.

She continued, "Let's turn it around. Come on. Let's turn it around. Just turn it around. Come on. Come on. Yeah. Can you? Can you go back out to the barn?"

In the comment section, people discussed how funny the horse and cat were.

"Who left the door open?" one person asked.

"To be fair, I think the cat invited him in," someone shared.

"This was probably the cat's idea," added another.

"Kitty said to come on in," another shared.

Interesting Facts About Icelandic Horses

Icelandic horse comes from Iceland, and according to Íslandshestar, they're a very friendly horse breed.

"The horses choose friends among the herd which they stay close to in the field and play with," the site explains. "Most often they are of the same gender and age and even related, though that is not the case all the time."

These horses have a great sense of smell, great eyesight, and hearing really well, too. "The Icelandic horse is most famous for its unique gaits, Tölt, and flying pace. But he has other characteristics that make him distinct from other breeds," the site adds.

While the Icelandic horse we met in this video is white, not all Icelandic Horses are white. Íslandshestar says they come in 40 different colors and more than 100 color variations.

Now, whether they all decided to walk into the house when their sibling cat eggs him on is probably not a notable Icelandic horse fact.
