Irish Setters are intelligent, playful, and total flirts—at least this one is. They wait patiently by their gated yard each day, charming passing strangers into stopping for a little affection on their walks. Just check out their coy little flirtatious move that guarantees they will get pets.

If I walked by this dog every day, I’d never leave the gate! They are too sweet for words.

The adorable video was shared to the TikTok account for @Hagatha_Christie, and everyone has fallen in love with this gorgeous Irish Setter.

One person hilariously commented, “Thank you! Now I know exactly what video to show my hairdresser!” Another person added, “Oh my gosh, check out the flirty moves on this one. I would stand there all the love long day to pet that pretty baby. I love the head tilt.”

Someone else said, “The sensual lean for pats to let you know they are TRULY lovers and not fighters lol.” Another person said, “So supermodels are just hanging around in their front gardens now then?”

That dog really is a supermodel! Such a beauty!

Hill’s Pet explains, “The crowning glory of the Irish setter is of course the coat, which ranges from a deep mahogany to lighter red. The coat is flat and reasonably straight (may have a little wave) and of medium length. Longer hair is found on the backs of the legs, chest and hanging off the tail. The ears have a silky fringe as well.

The overall impression of the Irish setter is of glamor and elegance, although the flews (lips) are often somewhat pendulous and there may be some drooling. These tend to be hardy dogs, often living to 12 or 14 years of age.”

One drawback of these stunning dogs is that they can get bored easily and if they aren’t mentally and physically stimulated they can get bored and destructive. That means excessive barking, digging and sometimes even running away!

These dogs are just so beautiful if I saw one in my neighborhood I’d probably just pull up a lawn chair and spend my day right outside the gate petting them! I can think of a few worse ways to spend a beautiful, sunny afternoon! Especially if the Irish Setter is a charmer like this one!
