Maine Coon Mom Lists Breed's Most 'Mesmerizing' Qualities & She's Totally Spot-On
Some cats have all the things going for them. Personality, looks, temperament—these are all great things. For Honey, the Maine Coon, some of her most mesmerizing qualities are purrfect! In fact, she's so blessed by the cat gods, her mom couldn't help but list why she's so special, and they're spot on.
Honey is one cool cat and I'm sure she knows it! Take a look below to decide what your favorite Maine Coon quality is!
I have to admit, I'm a sucker for those big, furry paws! They just look so soft and cuddly! Whichever of Honey's traits you adore most, she's just out there living her best life with her Maine Coon children and siblings.
This big girl just had her first litter of kittens a few months ago and her mom (@wildmane_mainecoons) shared that she was the best mom! When she's not raising kittens, Honey can best be found playing fetch, hanging with the other house Maine Coons, and just being awesome!

Among the Maine Coon cat colony's 278k followers, some chimed in to vote their favorite qualities.
"I love the ear fluffies so much," one person stated. "Floofy pantaloons," another said. "The paws," another added, though really all of Honey is perfect!
One of the Best Maine Coon Qualities
Honey's got it going on in every category, which seems to be true of most kitties of this breed. But my favorite, as PetMD points out, is that Maine Coon cats have "dog-like personalities." So what does that mean exactly? Like Honey, they love to play fetch, they're fascinated with water, and they tend to have a big, loving, and laid-back way about them that's makes them amazing companions—like dogs.
These gorgeous giants get along well with everyone, including children and other pets, and that can't be said for all cats, which is why they're so unique. Though they aren't typically fans of being held or laying in your lap to cuddle, they'll happily spend hours bird-watching from the window or snoozing near you.
As social felines who attach to and bond with their families, the whole "dog-like" trait becomes a little clearer! One look at Honey and it's clear that not only her size, but her whole vibe is reading "loyal companion," and that's about as dog-like as a cat can get!
