Siberian Cats Are the Picture of Innocence When Mom Walks in on a Brawl

They are hilarious!

When siblings fight, they often stop when a parent enters the room. This unwritten rule applies to humans, dogs, and even cats. And it’s the deafening silence that frequently tip-offs that something is amiss.

This gorgeous kitty might look innocent, but it didn’t take long before he revealed his hand. You’ll understand this situation well if you have children or siblings. Check out these silly kitties in a video from May 23:

At first, this looks like a picture of innocence. This stunning Siberian seems to be snuggled into the bed on the cat tree, but Mom always knows when something is up. Upon further inspection, she realizes one of her other cats is pinned underneath this gorgeous fluff ball. Wow! Who knew all that hair could also help to hide these feline crimes? The look on poor Piuma’s (@turbo_piuma_pila) squished face is priceless! Now that Mom has caught her sibling in the act, it’s not as much fun. But before he leaves his sister alone, he gives her one last swat and steps on her face, and he heads for another spot. These silly kitties really can act just like human kids.

Are Siberian Cats Hypoallergenic?

Siberian cats are not hypoallergenic, as no cat is. Still, they produce less of the Fel-d1 protein found in urine and saliva, which may make them easier to tolerate for people with allergies. These affectionate cats are larger than your average house cat, with females ranging from 10 to 15 pounds and males 15 to 20 pounds. This ancient breed is originally from Russia and is believed to have been around for 1000 years. They are likely the ancestor of many long-haired cats we know today. Siberians enjoy the companionship of their people and often do best in a home where they aren’t left alone for long periods each day. They enjoy learning tricks, and many are happy to learn to walk on a leash for adventures.

These funny felines entertained people. Viewer @t_paxxmd responded, “There’s nothing to see here, mom!” It almost appeared as though there wasn’t. Viewer @queen_vickig remarked, “Ha ha ha...that face! This just made me laugh so hard!” It was absolutely precious. Viewer @kuro_._goma responded, “In the midst of burying the sister alive.” That appeared to be what was happening. Although, with all that fluffy fur, there was plenty there for her to breathe, fortunately.

Thankfully, this beautiful cat’s mom saved the day! However, as with most brothers and sisters, it won’t be long before they are at it again.
