Sphynx Cats Fighting on Top of the Fridge Are Just Like Human Siblings
This video is funny for anyone, but those who have siblings will appreciate it the most. Even if you adore them today, it may not always have been that way. These energetic felines also seem to exhibit this familiar behavior.
It’s hard to know who started it. In a video posted on August 10th, TikTok user @maggie_the_sphynx shows us the smackdown that took place on top of the fridge.
These two Sphynx cats must offer a lot of entertainment for their household! The cause of the fight is unknown, but it could be something small like one sister giving a wrong look to the other, similar to human children. She appears to be quite annoyed as she extends her arms and hits her sister a few times. She fiercely slaps a few more times, and each one makes quite a sound when it lands. Her sister looks to be trying to avoid this confrontation, but after getting clocked a few more times, she lobs a few blows of her own. This only escalates the situation and now paws are flying around. Finally, this skirmish ends, but the larger kitty keeps pawing the air as a warning. Though not as abundant, her punches still left an impression. These two are hilarious! Thankfully, they don’t fight all the time, as seen in this incredibly sweet video.
These sparring cats left audience members with many questions. Viewer @yana responded, “I don’t know how he’s letting him get so many punches in when he’s clearly got more muscle mass.” She’s almost double the size, but that doesn’t always matter. Viewer @SkylerAnnMoore responded, “That little one is quick ÅF, lol, the big one was like, 'let me pull my claws out' the little one was like, 'ok alright you win I’m done,' lol. The best fight ever!” Viewer @ChristinaKallas commented, “I was waiting for the bigger one to drop kick the other off the fridge, lol. I’m disappointed.” Too funny. Who knows, maybe their love language is fighting on top of the refrigerator.
We didn’t realize these hairless cats could be such savage adversaries. They aren’t felines we would want to mess with.
